Today's tutorial shows you how to use cheats with your PS1 games with Popstarter emulator and OPL for the USB, SMB, and internal hard drive (fat ps2) methods.
It's pretty easy, and bottom line is having the CHEATS.TXT file with the necessary cheat codes in it, and then putting that CHEATS.TXT file in the right location for USB, SMB, or internal hard drive.
