Still working on my EMS sasuke moveset mod. I never really liked sasuke's new OUGI in NUNSR, i think it was a massive downgrade from the one he had in NUNS3. So naturally i decided to port his old NUNS3 ougi and replace his NUNSR OUGI with it.
the sound is a bit wierd, it seems that it's still using the sound effects from his old OUGI, even so, it still overlaps quite well with his new ultimate jutsu.
