Today i.e. August 5 marks the anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370 and 35 (A). The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019 was introduced in Rajya Sabha on August 5, 2019, recommending the abrogation of Article 370 pursuant to Article 370 (3).
