If you are aspiring to get 100% overall completion of the game Red Dead Redemption 2 (and that’s not the tiny 100% story mode) then you will have to complete the many challenges to reach your goal.
This video is of my experience on completing the 4 store robberies in one day. I started out in Saint Denis by robbing the Doctors office, second came the Gunsmith in Rhodes, the third robbery was the doctors office in Valentine and the fourth and final robbery was the General Store in Strawberry.
Shopkeepers can react in a variety of ways, from staying quiet, putting up a fight and to attempting to blow your head off with a shotgun.
It is best to equip a mask (which can be bought from your friendly Fence) as it offers greater protection from your identity being discovered than the bandana.
