Simple Catholic prayer for a good and Holy Death (while in a state of Grace). It is the hope of every Catholic that we may die a Holy Death, while in a state of Grace. Frequent reception of the sacraments (namely, Confession) is instrumental in keeping us on the path towards holiness and sainthood so don't put it off!
