Ingredients :
Stiff levain (polish):
20 g sourdough starter
100 g flour
100 ml water
Fermentation time 8 to 12 hours
Main dough:
All stiff levain
520 gr- white flour
320ml-water
10 gr- salt
1)mix your main dough wait when it gets doubled in size 2)shape your dough leave it for 30 minutes for final proof 3) bake them 8 minutes (510F/265C)
