Ciao Everyone This is my First official Video ,I just made the traditional Focaccia Barese , look below for recipe :
Two pounds of flour ,54 grams of yeast , ( I like Fleishmann's Rapid yeast)
Oregano, Cherry Tomatoes , Two table spoons of Salt, half cup of warm milk,
hot water as needed till the dough starts to form ,
mix flour ,yeast ,salt and milk , in a mixer or in a bowl ,add hot water slowly
till the dough starts to form and keep mixing till is not to dry and not to wet,
leave it in the bowl for 20 minutes or until the dough raises , make sure you cover the bowl and leave it in a warm place, prepare the focaccia pan with olive oil , and pre heat the oven on 465' , put the dough in the pan and spread it to cover the entire pan , add the cherry tomatoes ,oregano and salt , and bake for 22 minutes , or until the focaccia has a beautiful brown color (not burn lol) once the focaccia is done ,take it out of the pan and leave it to cool for ten minutes before you start cutting it , then enjoy and Salute !
