Caramel Syrup:
3/4 Cup (170g) white sugar

Flan:
4 Whole eggs (Large)
1 Cup (300g) Sweetened condensed milk
1 and 1/2 Cup (375ml) Evaporated milk
or ordinary milk
1 Tsp (5ml) vanilla essence
Sponge Cake:
4 Egg yolks
1/4 Cup (55g) white sugar
1/4 and 1/8 Cup (90ml) Vegetable oil
1/4 and 1/8 Cup (90ml) Milk
1 Tsp vanilla essence
1 Cup (110g) Cake flour or all-purpose

1/2 Tsp (3g) salt
Meringue:
4 Egg whites
1 Tsp (5g) cream of tartar or 1 tsp
(5ml) Lemon juice
1/3 Cup (67g) White sugar
