Inside the Brussels M2 from Madou to Arts-Loi / Kunst-Wet, where I will transfer to the M1 for Centraalstation / Gare Central, which is a short walk to the Groote Platz / Grande Place and various seafood restaurants.
Newer Brussels metro cars have a digital overhead display and announce the next stop, sometimes in French and Flemish, but other times in either only French or only Flemish. For example, the train says "Arts-Loi. Correspondance Ligne un. Kunst-Wet. Aansluiting Lijn één".
Note, the station Arts-Loi / Kunst-Wet refers to an actual intersection in central-east Brussels, of Rue des Arts and Rue de la Loi.
