A BT account number is two letters followed by eight numbers.

You can find yours in any of the following ways.

If you’ve tried any of these already then skip ahead to the relevant part of the video.

Any paper bills you’ve received from us will show your account number in the top right hand corner.

If you get your bill online, first log in to your My BT.

Then, on a computer, you’ll immediately be able to see your account number in the top right hand corner.

If you’re using your mobile, click on ‘All Products’, directly below ‘menu’, and your account number will be the first item in the drop-down.

If you pay BT by direct debit, the reference number on your bank statement might be your account number.

Or you can check the ‘manage your direct debits’ section of your online banking.
