In this video I am going to show you guys Pyracantha (common name is Firethorn), a large, thorny evergreen shrub. This evergreen shrub or bush produces small white flowers during spring and summer. Pyracantha also produces eye-catching yellow, orange or red berry-like fruits (Pomes) during the autumn. Pyracantha is a valuable ornamental plant in the gardens for landscaping. Pyracantha is also a good alternative for artificial fences and walls because of its large, long and sharp thorns. Furthermore, Pyracantha is a good material to make bonsai.
