I just felt lost. What was blocking my fertile flow? When the doctors gave me the result of "unexplained infertility" it was then that I turned back to my energy healing techniques - which I had pushed away in the stress of focusing on the medical side of what could be wrong.

Our womb is like our second heart and holds on to so much trauma. As I went in, I found I was harbouring painful memories from my childhood, school bullies, mother daughter relationship, ex partners...there was a huge amount of heavy energy that was connected with my womb.


As I let go I started feeling lighter and gradually regained my confidence (I had been hiding away and keeping myself busy with work). I was feeling like my old self again. Thank goodness as my life was becoming very secluded and putting strain on my relationship 😩
