A Kansas attorney faces disciplinary action after the KS State Bar received a complaint that she copied their website and it still showed their firm's information, including address and phone number. Attorney Morton made corrections before reposting her site, but the bar official's investigated further and found numerous other violations of the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct contained within the content on her website, as well as errors on her Colorado and Kansas Bar applications. The disciplinary review panel recommended disbarment. That recommendation must go before the Kansas Supreme Court, who issued a 35 page published opinion on the case.
