UW Partners earn again and again for Customers who stay with UW. We call this residual income. It means that Partners keep earning from conversations they had years ago and it’s also why we at UW look after customers and make sure they keep saving month-in month-out.
For Tamsin she was under a lot of financial pressure having had three children in four years, it wasn’t really affordable for her to go back to her career as an architect. She joined UW as a Partner, initially as a stop-gap to make ends meet, but when she heard about this recurring income she couldn’t unhear it.
There’s also a huge amount of team building that goes on, with support for new Partners.
As Bev explains, in the current climate where people are struggling, UW Partners feel inspired to show each other how to get that second income and supporting them all the way through. Bev has been supporting a pregnant woman with two young children.
