Upscaled using ESRGAN with the pretrained BIGOLDIES model. I used the best available source (losslessly ripped NTSC DVD) as a baseline. Deinterlaced with YADIF. Audio (dolby ac3) is normalized and exported to waveform to retain the quality. I also generically upscaled the FHD ESRGAN output to 4K (4:3) for YT to offer higher bitrates.
