The current management algorithm of the sino-nasal malignant tumors is to have good quality imaging exams (CT and MRI to assess the size and possible invasions (orbit, skull base, etc) of the mass), biopsy (when possible), if the tumor responds to chemotherapy, try to reduce the size of it with chemo cycles; and finally to remove it, either endoscopically (if possible) or with open surgery. Endoscopic surgery can be performed in some cases, doing not an en-bloc ressection, but a "piece-meal" removal, however with FREE surgical margins, that can be confirmed using congelation pathology exam during the surgery.
