Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center, gave a public lecture entitled "The Fatal Conceit of Foreign Intervention" on October 20, 2016, in the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
