Everything you need to know about Ms. Marvel, a.k.a. Kamala Khan in the new “Marvel Rising: Initiation” animated shorts!

This week our host Lorraine Cink explains Ms. Marvel’s background and journey in the “Marvel Rising: Initiation” animated shorts as we prepare for the animated feature film, “Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors”. The animated shorts will introduce the core team including Ghost-Spider, Quake, Patriot, Ms. Marvel, and Squirrel Girl. Ms. Marvel is voiced by Kathreen Kavari. The voice talent also notably includes Marvel alums Chloe Bennet reprising her role as Quake on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” and Dove Cameron as Ghost-Spider. Squirrel Girl is voiced Milana Vayntrub, Patriot is originated by Kamil McFadden, and Tippy Toe the squirrel is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker. More fan favorite characters such as America Chavez voiced by Cierra Ramirez and Inferno voiced by Tyler Posey are also promised to be added to roster later on in the animated feature “Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors” coming this fall.
