I realised that my footage was Blurry after adding the Blurfix AIR ND8/CP Filter to my GoPro Hero 3 Black. I figured out that this is caused by high frame rates. If I use 24fps the footage is great. Higher Framerates make the footage Blurry. I suppose the longer shutter speed from the ND Filter causes an increase of ISO and results in Blur.
