HOW TO MAKE:
[Prepare the pak choy]
- Cut the pak choy into quarter
- Prepare a bowl of water, add a teaspoon of salt. Soak the pak choy in the salted water in 15 minutes. This step helps remove the dirt of the pak choy
- Wash the pak choy in running water. Pay attention to the hidden dirt between the stems. Repeat the process if necessary.

[Cook the pak choy]
- Heat up the wok, add the cooking oil. Cook the garlic in medium to low heat for 30 seconds to release aroma.
- Add the pak choy, turn to high heat and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Close the lid and turn to medium to low heat. Cook the pak choy for 2 minutes. This is to make the pak choy tender.
- After that, turn to medium to high heat, stir fry for 30 seconds. Then add oyster sauce, fish sauce and a pinch of salt. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Transfer to the serving plate. It’s done.
