Bow hunting and being a Bow Hunter requires a lot of time and patience; but what some people don’t think about is the training/prep work. Its important to have strong shoulders and back muscles in order to execute a perfect shot on your game animals. sometimes it’s not possible to get out into the field or a place where you can practice shooting your bow. Luckily most people these days have a gym membership. Here is a training exercise. You can try in the gym to strengthen your bow draw and holding time they recommend being able to hold your bowl at full draw for one minute to be considered conditioned and ready to shoot the peak weight of your bow🏹
This exercise should be used for reps and time under tension*. Think about it feeling similar to Drawing back your Bow and not be performed in a Max Effort Manner
