Mayor Ras Baraka mercilessly removed the Columbus Monument inside Washington Park in June, 2020. Now, almost three years later, Hizzoner suffered outright humiliation after being scammed. He had hoped for a sister city agreement with an all-Hindu nation. What he got, instead, was a signing ceremony with a country, less real than Lilliput.
