Ingredients:
Chestnuts
Salt
Jeropiga to Pair with the Roasted Chestnuts

UTENSILS:
Roaster in Clay with holes
3 leg stand for the fire place – Trempes (in Portuguese)
Pine needles, dried twigs and sprigs

PREPARATION:
Put the Chestnuts with the salt inside the Roaster/ Assador an on top of the stand and add light the pine needles, in small bunches for 15 to 20 minutes.
