This is the best way i have found so far to loop my guitar, after trying loop pedals i chose ableton, is easy to have many guitar loops of different lengths playing all at the same time, being able to mix them, add fx to them, reverse them, and many other options you now have, for the different loops you do, guitar, piano, synths, normal mic, all the possibilities.
What you see in the other boxes with colors are loops i have made before in the studio, basic sounds, pads, bass lines, in groups of loops divided by their musical chord, for example this one is in Cmin, all the loops are already in that chord, the guitar ones im doing also are in the same Cmin, and i can just Solo on top of all of that using the pentatonic that allows me to flow through all the guitar neck playing in the same Cmin, so, this is more like sound design you can say, same chord, and we build and build sounds on top of each other.
Esta es la manera que he definido para loopear my guitarra, tienes mucha libertad de hacer diferentes cosas con cada loop, cada uno puede ser de diferente duración, y se puede fácilmente sacar y meter a la mezcla, jugar con todos sus atributos y loopear pedazos ya dentro del mismo loop.
Todos los otros cuadros con colores son loops que he creado antes en el studio, es una session que ahora ando modificando y usando para tocar, ya sea solo tocar un dj set con sonidos que tenga, o crear encima de ella, loopeando en vivo con otras personas, otros instrumentos y para asi tocar sets en vivo facilmente donde despues las ideas puedan tambien convertirse en canciones.
