This car ran great then just died. It cranked but didn't start. Crank sensor, cam sensor, timing belt, and ecu all tested good. No spark on any cylinder. Scan tool wouldn't connect to ecu but it would connect to ABS and SRS modules. I was about to give up and haul it to the dealership then I noticed some wires melted. This car had been in a fire at some point in its life. These wires run from the passenger side firewall, along the fender, down under the radiator, and over to the ECU on the drivers side. If you are having this same issue and everything else checks out, I suggest inspecting these wires for any damage. Especially if the vehicle has been in an accident or disassembled previously. Which is quite likely for a vehicle of this age.
