Actually it's more like Willbender on STEROIDS if you know what you're doing with it, though it's still a roamer build, not a duelist build for tryharding/in other words it's probably still off-meta. They'll probably nerf core elementalist because this Catalyst build is too strong. For the record, I don't *want* it to be nerfed, I just know how Anet operates when it comes to balance patches. Actually, I don't know how this would hold up to a highly competent duelist, they're so rare in WvW these days that I haven't been able to test it on one yet. Definitely a great pug smasher build though lol. My advice: play it like a core elementalist D/D build, since you don't have the stability uptime of a usual Catalyst build you'll need to strike a good balance between being cautious and brazen, since it is such a bursty build.
