My back still hurts some but when my mind is working I don't fell it and that is a blessing. The book I mentioned had a big impact on my life and my business.
Stop watching the news and all that negative stuff. Do positive stuff change your life I can guarantee you will love life 10 fold. I was that negative person even when something good happen I'd be looking for the worst to happen. Did you hear what I said I was looking for the worst guess what I got the worst.
If you focus on something good you will get that back. If you focus on negative stuff you will definitely get that back. I know I have done both and I like the positive side better.
I was hurting myself. I never new if it was something wrong with me or if it was me doing it to myself.
I worked on this and my business for 5 months and guess what I booked a flight to Hawaii from Florida. I had some small issues but it was a success. I took three long distance trip after that and the issues where even less. Give it a try.
