Former India captain Rahul Dravid said that the league system, which is set to be introduced in cricket after the 2019 World Cup, will garner more interest in the game. He expressed that some of the bilateral and tri-series lack context at the moment.
When asked about the newly introduced send off rule in cricket, Dravid said that it will be interesting to see who is the first one to get sent off.
Dravid expressed that the India U-19 team is working very hard on fitness. He also said that because of good fitness, the current Indian (senior) team has the best fielding side in the world.
