Well, the overall experience was positive:
1. good support from the staff (it was impossible to get lost)
2. high security level (people were even asked to empty their pockets🙈)
3. nice food, like in a cafe (many options, including vegetarian 🌱, thanks for this!) Waffles were amazing!
But, there were also few organisational flaws, which hopefully will be improved at the World Cup:
1. Poor heating inside. The staff was freezing.
2. No tea, coffee and food allowed at the stadium itself.. In minus five..
3. Unfinished toilets. Tissue paper was laying on the floor as they didn’t find the time to fix the hangers. No automatic hand dryers as well, only those with paper, which was over pretty soon. Same with paper tea cups. And it’s all when the stadium is only 50% full (20,000 out of 40,000)
