1 liter water
For kadhi tadka:
fenugreek seeds 1tsp
mustard seeds 1tsp
fennel seeds half tsp
salt 2 tsp
curry leaf 10-12
red chilli 1 tsp jaggery 2 tsp
For kadhi pakora(khatta meetha pakora)
3 raw mango
1 cup besan
baking soda 1/4 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
1/3 cup water
oil for frying
