The Ethiopian government says it's started working on plans for peace negotiations for the country's north, where conflict broke out in November 2020. A committee formed in June, and led by the Deputy Prime Minister, has met for the first time. The conflict in Ethiopia's north has led to a humanitarian crisis, with the United Nations suggesting 13-million people need food assistance. SABC Colleta Wanjohi report from Addis Ababa.
