Recipe :
*To make the kebabs we will grind the semi boiled corn seeds
*Then we'll add mashed potatoes in it.
*After we will put red bell peppers, green bell peppers, chopped carrots, onions, grated cheese, grated coriander, chopped ginger and mint.
*Now we will add 2 tablespoons rice flour and 3 tablespoons bread crumbs.
*After this, add all the spices like roasted cumin, chaat masala, red chilli and lemon juice and mix well now we will keep refrigerate for 20 minuts
*The mix should be tight enough to hold together, if the mix is watery / runny then your kebab will break. You can add 2 more spoon bread crumbs and rice flour.
*Now we will take kebab wooden stick to make kebabs, if you do not have kebab stick you can also make it as a tikki
*Now we start the making kebabs
*First we will take the mix and take it flat with the help of our palm, put a small piece of cheese in it and roll it around the stick and cover from both the sides
*make sure cheese slice should be well closed inside the kebabs.
*Now we will roll the kebabs on bread crumbs so that our kebabs will become crispy when we fried .
*Fry until brown and take off from pan.
*Serving hot with green chutney !!
