I got sick of buying 2"X27" (or 50 X 686 if you prefer) belts for this bench sander and the tracking and tension was never very good.

Pretty much all scrap, the skateboard wheel bearings and adjustment knob are new from ebay.

the tube in tube was a bit too loose but jamming in some milk bottle plastic fixed that pretty well.
