From trumpets to tubas, MacPhail's Brass Camp gives students the chance to focus on the powerful and exciting sounds of brass instruments. The camp is designed for students who want to stay musically active this summer and be ready to hit the ground running as a leader in next year's school band. Students will work on breathing and playing technique while rehearsing a piece for brass ensemble, composed by their instructor written specifically for their playing level. This camp is open to students of all playing levels with a minimum of one year of school band or private lesson experience. Family and friends are invited to attend a student ensemble concert on the last day of camp.
