I used Golden Soft Gel Gloss Medium diluted with water per instructions to create an isolation layer on a 4 feet by 6 feet acrylic painted panel. I'll do a second coat and then repeat for the other panels for this large mural. Ater the isolation coat dries for 24 hours I'll apply a couple of layers of varnish. The trick is to WORK QUICKLY and NOT go over areas you already went over! Let it dry completely between layers (I wait a couple of hours but it could be as fast as 30 minutes).
