Funniest scene in the movie.

Albert Nimziki, the Secretary of Defense of the United States of America, is the only person in this scene who is being realistic and logical. Even the president goes along with this "cockamamie plan."

Sorry scene is jumpy, I don't own movie, had to splice together a bunch of clips off internet....like impossible to find this scene.
