I finally got my hands on the M16x1.5 to AN6 elbow fitting. It will allow the braided power steering conversion line to install and turn away from the intercooler piping. I've come to realize that these that these RB S13 intercooler kits are not intended to be used with power steering. The pump lies directly in the way and forces both hot and cold pipes away from where they should be.

Once I had everything installed and lined up I can see I am going to have even more issues with hood clearance as if I didn't already. I'm not ready to call it permanent and I think there will need to be some adjustments. This kit is a little overkill for the stock RB20DET but it will be beneficial later on if more power is added.
