Quarixis got a buff in gwent 11.5 patch although it is not a Dragon, while Saskia got a nerf, making it easier to remove. Enchanted Armor and defender should help protecting your cards, Quarixis into Unicorn and Chironex is ridiculous points... but deck clearly lacks control and is probably still a weaker version of the Harmony without Schirru/Brehen/Simlas. But if you want to play Relicts ST though, Call of Harmony relicts should be your choice.
