A Little Wisdom Helps You Become Smarter !
This is a vertical transportation method for earthwork excavation of deep foundation pits !
This method has certain advantages !
In terms of efficiency, by using an excavator to dig earth at the bottom of the pit and directly load it into the hopper, and then having the crane lift and transport it out, the earthwork can be continuously and steadily transported out of the foundation pit, reducing the turnover time of the earthwork inside the pit and improving the excavation progress to some extent !
In terms of safety, as long as the lifting capacity of the crane, the bearing capacity of the wire rope and other requirements are met and the operations are standardized, it can avoid the risk of the pit wall collapsing due to excessive accumulation of earthwork inside the pit. At the same time, it can also prevent the safety hazards caused by earthwork transport vehicles entering the bottom of the foundation pit !
However, this method also has some limitations. It has relatively high requirements for equipment. The excavator and the crane need to cooperate closely. If the equipment fails, for example, the wire rope of the crane breaks or the excavator malfunctions, the entire excavation work will be interrupted !
Moreover, during the lifting and transportation process, if encountering bad weather, such as windy weather, it will affect the safety of the lifting and transportation. In addition, compared with some other earthwork excavation and transportation methods, this method may be restricted by the depth of the foundation pit and the space of the site. For example, if there is not enough space around the foundation pit to place the crane, it will be difficult to implement this method !
