There is an old saying that “When you die, whether you're going to heaven or hell, you'll have to change planes in Atlanta.” With Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) being the busiest passenger airport in the world, as well as the main hub for Delta Airlines, there are many connections or transfers at ATL.

The question of “Will I have enough time to make my connecting flight?” or “How long does it take to change planes in Atlanta?” are commonly found in websites and social media dealing with travel and airports. This video shows a real time walkthrough of making a domestic connection between Gate D31 in Concourse D and Gate A31 in Concourse A using the Plane Train. I display a timer in the video to show the progress of the walk to the next gate.
