The Kyrian Arcane info in this video is 100% current as of 9.2.5! The only change to 9.2.5 Kyrian Arcane is the damage buff for Arcane Missiles and Arcane Blast which has no effect on the rotation.

3+ TARGET AOE RAMP MATH

All of this math is with base damage values from the 9.2 PTR and for the casts that proc Harmonic Echo.

4 Charge Arcane Blast has a base damage of ~4500.
Barrage on 3 targets has a base damage value of ~6,500 (4,500+45%).
Arcane Orb has a base damage value of ~3,400.

Single Target Ramp vs. 3 Targets:
4,500+4,500+4,500+6,500=20,000

Modified AOE Ramp vs. 3 Targets:
4,500+6,500+3,400+6,500=20,900

Given that Harmonic Echo procs for 75% more damage on 3 Targets it seems better to me to use the Modified AOE Ramp on 3+ targets with double Legendary. If I missed something feel free to let me know! :D
