Thermal coyote and hog hunting footage taken with the Trijicon REAP-IR thermal scope and recorded with the Ultimate Night Vision MDVR.
The coyote charged from the tree line about 400 yards away. I took the shot from about 25 yards.
I spotted the hog later that night rooting in a pasture down near the creek about 300 yards away. It was a bright night (full moon) so I stalked in at an angle where there was a large tree directly in between me and the hog. He probably wouldn't have noticed anyway since he had his head down so deep in the hole he was rooting. I set up and took the shot from about 75 yards.
