In this session, participants will establish an academic focus for the year, based on your school's instructional materials and current student academic needs, and aligned to Culturally Responsive Teaching, create a plan for how you will align observation, coaching, and professional learning priorities to this focus area, develop improvement cycles in key areas to ensure students continue to experience equitable, high-quality learning experiences, and identify the key barriers to change management and brainstorm proactive solutions to addressing the barriers.
