Spicy Squid Stir Fry - Quick & Easy (Ojingeo Bokkeum)

Today's recipe is a fast and easy spicy squid stir fry! This is a common dish served in Korean restaurants, usually with rice to make it a Dupbap (덮밥). If you don't know how to clean squid, check out my Seafood Pancake video listed below! You can also use pre cleaned squid from the supermarket.

This is one of my daughter's favorite dishes, so I make it pretty often.
It's spicy, sweet from the squid, so flavorful and yummy! You can serve it with rice, or even noodles!

Ingredients

- 2 cleaned medium sized squid (19 oz/535 grams)
- 3 scallions
- 1 med onion
- 1 green pepper
- 20 grams carrot
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Sauce:
- 5 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp rice syrup
