Khao Soi is one of the tastiest Thai dishes I have ever tried. We visited 5 restaurants with different recipes. Each recipe was slightly different. The restaurants in this video are all very popular and I completely understand why as the Khao Soi in each restaurant was absolutely delicious.

You have to try Khao Soi when you travel to Chiang Mai.
