Russia has accused Ukraine of shelling Makiivka in Donetsk Oblast and triggering a major fire at an oil depot. Russia claimed the city was shelled with rocket artillery, resulting in the fire at the oil depot in the Chervonohvardiiskyi district. Five tanks of fuel are on fire and the fire from burning containers has spread to surrounding areas.
