The beautiful Lavaux region of Switzerland. Right on stunning Lake Geneva. It consists of terraced vineyards that stretch for about 30 km along the south-facing northern shores of Lake Geneva. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site! So worth the stop. Highly recommended. It is a serene view at the top of the terraces looking down on the rows of vines,with the lake glistening in the sun behind them and the mountains behind that. Amazing!
