All missions replay at challenging difficulty without dying/crouched at 300+ charakter level. No pep signals and 20% dmg debuff skill had been used.
Kraftwerk available corresponding Brother missions completion, started used them at the begining of the level as you can grab the stuff and quit the mission. You can start first Brother with all KW's by this method.
No heavy weaponry except Lab X, at least Hammers has to be shown.
No God Key but final mission.
