My Spring 2018 college semester at Missouri State University ended on Wednesday April 16th, and then my summer break began. I celebrated my successful semester by attempting four big food challenges around the Midwest within a few hours from my homes in Springfield, MO and St Peters, MO near St Louis. El Charro’s 6lb "Azteca" Burrito Challenge ($18):

There is a 6lb burrito with shredded chicken, ground beef, rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce and it is topped with red and cheese sauce. You have to finish the whole thing in 45 mins or less. Winners receive a $40 gift card to use later, the meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and spot on their Wall of Fame!!
