Simply Café in Belfast has opened as a pop-up store for four weeks. Owner Andrew McMenamin (left) offers diners the choice of crisps and three different types of bread to complete their sandwiches. The novelty café was inspired from a spoof article on a satirical website that wrote about a 'trendy' establishment that served the 'fashionable' sandwiches.
